Common use of Final Space Plan Clause in Contracts

Final Space Plan. Tenant and the Architect shall prepare the final space plan for Improvements in the Expansion Space (collectively, the "Final Space Plan"), which Final Space Plan shall include a layout and designation of all offices, rooms and other partitioning, their intended use, and equipment to be contained therein, and shall deliver the Final Space Plan to Landlord for Landlord's approval or reasonable disapproval, which approval or reasonable disapproval shall be delivered by Landlord to Tenant no later than five (5) business days after Landlord's receipt of such Final Space Plan. If Landlord reasonably disapproves of any portion of the Final Space Plan, the parties shall meet, within five (5) days after Landlord's disapproval, to agree upon revisions to be made to the Final Space Plan to meet the reasonable satisfaction of Landlord. The Architect shall then revise the Final Space Plan to the form agreed upon in such meeting and Landlord shall then approve or reasonably disapprove the revised Final Space Plan in writing no later than five (5) business days after Landlord's receipt of such revised Final Space Plan. If Landlord shall again reasonably disapprove the revised Final Space Plan, the parties will revise and review the Final Space Plan again in accordance with the procedure set forth above until Landlord's reasonable approval is obtained.

Final Space Plan. Tenant and the Architect shall prepare the supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant of its final space plan for Improvements in the Expansion Space Premises before any architectural working drawings or engineering drawings have been commenced. The final space plan (collectively, the "Final Space Plan"), which Final Space Plan ”) shall include a layout and designation of all offices, rooms and other partitioning, their intended use, and equipment to be contained therein. Landlord may request clarification or more specific drawings for special use items not included in the Final Space Plan. If Landlord disapproves the Final Space Plan, Tenant shall deliver resubmit the Final Space Plan to Landlord, and Landlord for shall approve or disapprove of the resubmitted Final Space Plan, based upon the criteria set forth in this Section 3.2 (except that Landlord's approval or reasonable disapproval’s disapproval of the Final Space Plan, which approval or reasonable disapproval as resubmitted, shall be delivered by Landlord to Tenant no later than final), within five (5) business days after Landlord's receipt of Landlord receives such resubmitted Final Space Plan. If Landlord reasonably disapproves of any portion of the Final Space PlanTenant is so advised, the parties Tenant shall meet, within five (5) days after Landlord's disapproval, to agree upon revisions to be made to promptly cause the Final Space Plan to meet the reasonable satisfaction of Landlord. Final Space Plan. Any failure by Landlord to respond to Tenant’s request for approval shall be deemed a disapproval. If Landlord disapproves the Final Space Plan, Tenant may resubmit the Final Space Plan to meet the reasonable satisfaction of Landlord. The Architect shall then revise the Final Space Plan to the form agreed upon in such meeting Landlord at any time, and Landlord shall then approve or reasonably disapprove of the revised resubmitted Final Space Plan Plan, based upon the criteria set forth in writing no later than this Section 3.2, within five (5) business days after Landlord's receipt of Landlord receives such revised resubmitted Final Space Plan.
