Final Reporting. SUBRECIPIENT will prepare and submit a final report evaluating the project no more than 30 days after the end date of the SubGrant. The final report must follow the same template as the quarterly report but should describe the full project, including: a. A concise narrative summary of the costs, successes, and challenges of the Project (activities specified in the scope of work). b. All information asked for in the quarterly progress reports including the totals for all the cost and performance metrics reported quarterly. c. Information regarding the role the SubGrant funds had in making Vermont more affordable, protecting the most vulnerable Vermonters, and other factors that demonstrate the value of the public investment in the Project.
