Common use of Final Report and Executive Summary Clause in Contracts

Final Report and Executive Summary. (a) At least two months prior to the Contract End Date, the Incubatee shall provide SIL with draft versions of the Final Report and the Executive Summary. SIL shall have one month to review the draft documents and provide comments on each to the Incubatee. The Incubatee shall then have the remaining month in which to produce the final version of the Final Report and the Executive Summary and submit them to SIL. Templates are provided in Appendix 3 herein.
