Final Registration Report. If the services outlined in the SOW include registration, Management Company shall, within thirty (30) days of the end of the Event, prepare and send a final registration report to both IEEE (at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) and MTS (at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇) This report shall include the following information:  Registrant’s full name and contact information (including company name, email, and postal address);  Registrant’s order or transaction number;  Registration type (e.g. student, member, non-member);  Registration cost;  Payment method (e.g. credit card, bank wire transfer, invoice);  Confirmation that the payment was successful;  Transaction date (date and time when the credit card was processed); and  Total amount paid.
