Final Registration Report. If the services outlined in the SOW include registration, Management Company shall, within thirty (30) days of the end of the Event, prepare and send a final registration report to IEEE at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. This report shall include the following information: Registrant’s full name and contact information (including company name, email, and postal address); Registrant’s order or transaction number; Registration type (e.g. student, member, non-member); Registration cost; Payment method (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express); Confirmation that the payment was successful; Transaction date (date and time when the credit card was processed); and Total amount paid.
