On Elan’s request BIP will also offer contract services to manufacture Final Product, including sterile liquid filling in vial or syringe, inspection, manufacturer’s release and bulk packaging (unlabeled vials/syringes in a labeled container). The manufacturing of Finished Product which includes labeling and packaging has to be discussed separately.
