Final Plan Approval. a. The STATE will provide two (2) sets of highway plans and specifications. b. The FOREST SERVICE will: (1) Review and approve the plans. Such approval does not relate to highway engineering functional items but acknowledges that Forest Service requirements relating to Service needs and impacts on National Forest System Lands have been met. (2) Revise stipulations to conform to final plans.
