Predevelopment Phase Clause Samples
The Predevelopment Phase clause defines the initial stage of a project during which preparatory activities are undertaken before full-scale development begins. This phase typically includes tasks such as feasibility studies, site assessments, securing permits, and preparing preliminary designs or budgets. By clearly outlining the scope and responsibilities during this early period, the clause helps ensure that all parties understand what must be accomplished before moving forward, thereby reducing misunderstandings and managing expectations regarding project readiness.
