Common use of Final Examination Clause in Contracts

Final Examination. The final examination consists of a single discussion of the thesis before an Examination Board, established by mutual agreement of both Universities/Institutes and complying with the regulations of both countries. Both partner Universities/Institutes are to be equally represented. The Examination Board will include the advisor at the Home and Partner University/Institute and at least four other members. At least two members of the Examination Board must come from other Universities/Institutes than the Home and Partner University/Institute. The final exam will take place at the Home University/Institute (or at the Partner University/Institute if agreed) of the student.
