Final Drawings. If necessary for the performance of the Work and to the extent not already included as part of the Initial Plans attached hereto, Landlord shall prepare or cause to be prepared final working drawings and specifications for the Work (the “Final Drawings”) based on and consistent with the Initial Plans and the other plans, specifications, drawings, finish details or other information furnished by Tenant or Tenant’s Representatives to Landlord and approved by Landlord pursuant to Section 3 above. Tenant shall cooperate diligently with Landlord and Landlord’s architect, engineer and other representatives and Tenant shall furnish within ten (10) days after any request therefor, all information required by Landlord or Landlord’s architect, engineer or other representatives for completion of the Final Drawings. So long as the Final Drawings are substantially consistent with the Initial Plans, Tenant shall approve the Final Drawings within ten (10) days after receipt of same from Landlord. Landlord and Tenant shall indicate their approval of the Final Drawings by initialing each sheet of the Final Drawings and delivering to one another a true and complete copy of such initialed Final Drawings. Tenant’s failure to approve or disapprove such Final Drawings within the foregoing ten (10) day time period, shall be conclusively deemed to be approval of same by Tenant. If Tenant reasonably disapproves of any matters included in the Final Drawings because such items are not substantially consistent with the Initial Plans, Tenant shall, within the aforementioned ten (10) day period, deliver to Landlord written notice of its disapproval and Tenant shall specify in such written notice, in sufficient detail as Landlord may reasonably require, the matters disapproved, the reasons for such disapproval, and the specific changes or revisions necessary to be made to the Final Drawings to cause such drawings to substantially conform to the Initial Plans. Any additional costs associated with such requested changes or revisions which result in total construction costs exceeding the Tenant Improvement Allowance shall be paid for solely by Tenant, as the Excess Tenant Improvement Costs (defined in Section 10 below), either as part of the Amortized Excess TI Costs and together with those other sums amortized over the initial term of the Lease, or in cash upon written demand therefor by Landlord. Final Drawings a. The Concessionaire shall submit to the Authority and the Independent Engineer 1 (one) detailed and legible copy each of final records of the execution of each section of the Works, showing the exact final locations, sizes and details of the Work as executed and completed with cross references to all relevant requirements and data sheets.
Final Drawings. Upon completion of the Work and prior to final acceptance, Developer shall deliver to City a set of “as-built” drawings consistent with the Conditions. These drawings shall be in a form acceptable to the City Engineer, shall be certified as being “as-built” and shall reflect the Work as actually constructed, with any and all changes incorporated therein. Said drawings shall be signed and sealed as accurate by the engineer of record.

Contractor shall prepare “For Record Purposes” of the original drawings or data sheets. During construction, Contractor shall update and maintain on file in the field current xxxx‑ups of all drawings and data sheets to represent actual work completed. Conformed drawings developed by the Contractor shall be issued as the next sequential revision from previous releases. The revision block shall state “For Record Purposes”. All clouds, revision diamonds, and other interim control markings shall be removed. All information listed as “later” or “hold” shall be completed. The conformed drawings shall be clear and readable in both full size and B size reduction. Contractor shall provide new versions of Subcontractor drawings if the Owner judges originals to be too damaged, deteriorated, or illegible. All Subcontractors’ drawings shall be conformed to reflect actual installed configuration. These Subcontractor drawings shall be in sufficient detail to indicate the kind, size, arrangement, weight of each component, and operation of component materials and devices, the external connections, anchorages, and supports required; the dimensions needed for installation, and correlation with other materials and equipment. Final Subcontractor’s drawings shall be bound in the equipment operation and maintenance manuals. One electronic copy for each drawing shall be supplied in AutoCAD format in a version acceptable to El Paso Electric Co.

Final Drawings. The Designer must submit to the FAA a complete set of permanent Mylar reproducibles for the final designs. The designs must be prepared on standard FM "D" size sheets 39" by 94". The Mylar of national standards will be stored at the Designer's office. The final designs must also be submitted in electronic format on CD ROM as specified in section 3.11.8.3, and in FAA Standard FAA-STD-002.
Final Drawings. Vision Design Build Remodel and our client will produce the following items during this phase: ● Final decisions on design and selections. In the two previous Phases, Vision DBR has provided the needed support for gathering the information to make final decisions. For this Phase it is necessary to have final decisions or a defined mechanism with a deadline for making that decision. ● Detailed kitchen, bath and architectural layouts, as required by the project's scope. ● Detailed product specification information. ● Electrical plan including lighting layout, switch and outlet layout, as required by project. ● During this phase a final project cost is determined. This will not include additional items requested by the client after this point. ● This phase does not include any engineering fees. Any engineering services needed for wall removal, sealed drawings, etc… will be discussed and a price proposal given to the client.
