Common use of Final Drawings Clause in Contracts

Final Drawings. a. The Concessionaire shall submit to the Authority and the Independent Engineer 1 (one) detailed and legible copy each of final records of the execution of each section of the Works, showing the exact final locations, sizes and details of the Work as executed and completed with cross references to all relevant requirements and data sheets. b. The Concessionaire shall ensure that the Authority has the right to use and protect the design from infringement and to further enforce such right against any person, in accordance with the terms of this Concession Agreement. c. This Article shall also be applicable if any new Works, strengthening, rehabilitation of any part of the project are carried out during the Operation and Maintenance Period. The Concessionaire shall keep one set of Final Drawings at Project Site for the entire Concession Period.
