Final Draft Report. The USACE must approve the Final Draft Report, in writing, prior to production of the Final Report, and may request any changes necessary to meet contract or professional requirements. More than one draft of the Final Draft Report may be required, at the Contractor's expense, before acceptance of the Final Draft Report. The Final Draft Report, submitted for USACE review, must be complete with all figures, tables, and sections of the report.
Final Draft Report. Engineer will incorporate staff review comments into a final draft report for distribution to PCCA management and Commission, City of Corpus Christi, and to other agencies and jurisdictions.
