Final Documentation. As a condition of CITY’s acceptance of the ARTWORK, ARTIST shall supply CITY with at least three publication quality images of the installed ARTWORK in both slide and digital formats and other information on the ARTWORK requested by CITY for its registration files. Use of these images will be in accordance with Section 12.2 of this Agreement.
