Final Design Criteria. Consultant shall prepare final design criteria or outline and technical specifications. Consultant shall participate in progress meetings with District representatives and any involved subconsultants, at District’s request, up to twice monthly, to review and secure District’s written acceptance of final design criteria.
Final Design Criteria. Consultant shall prepare a final updated design criteria report based on the previously approved programming documents including a tabulation of both gross and net floor areas.
