Final Contract Completion Sample Clauses
The Final Contract Completion clause defines the point at which all contractual obligations between the parties are considered fully satisfied. Typically, this clause outlines the requirements for completion, such as the delivery of all goods or services, final inspections, and the resolution of any outstanding issues or defects. By clearly establishing when the contract is officially complete, this clause helps prevent disputes over lingering responsibilities and provides both parties with certainty regarding the end of their obligations.
