Common use of Final Contract Completion Clause in Contracts

Final Contract Completion. 6.29.2.1 When all items on the Contracting Authority’s Punch List have been completed to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority, all requirements of the Contract Documents have been completed, and the provisions of Sections 6.24 through 6.28 have been fulfilled, the Contracting Authority shall prepare and issue a final Certificate of Contract Completion. 6.29.2.2 The date that the Contracting Authority executes the final Certificate of Contract Completion is the date of Contract Completion.
