Final Commissioning Report. Commissioning Agent shall provide Owner with a final commissioning report to include: (1) Summary of the commissioning process implemented on the Project (2) Detailed pre-functional checkout and start-up plans (3) Detailed Functional Test plans and comprehensive documentation of results of Functional Testing. (4) Final review of how well systems, assemblies, and equipment met the design intent, noted discrepancies, and any recommendations for equipment, assembly or system modifications required by performance issues.
