Final Balance. The Borrower shall, at the end of the term of this loan, pay to the Lender any outstanding amount due under this Agreement, including any amount paid by the Lender on behalf of the Borrower.
Final Balance. We do not send out a xxxx for the final balance due under the lease. The final balance must be received in our office no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. If the balance is not received by this time, a $25 late fee will apply and we will consider the lease breached. We may also cancel the reservation and re-rent the Premises. Checks should be made payable to Dolphin Realty. Dolphin Realty will charge a $25.00 handling fee for all checks returned unpaid.
Final Balance. Upon payment of all principal and interest with regard to the Notes, payment of all Premiums and Reimbursement Obligations to the Note Insurer and payment of all reasonable fees, charges and other expenses, such as fees and expenses of the Indenture Trustee, all moneys remaining in all Accounts, except moneys necessary to make payments equal to such amounts and payments of principal and interest with respect to the Notes, which moneys shall be held and disbursed by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Article V, shall be remitted to the Seller.
Final Balance. Upon the termination of this Agreement, the Company shall pay to BAM all earned and unpaid amounts due by the Company to BAM hereunder up to the date of termination, together with any other charges which have been previously approved by the Company and are to be reimbursed by the Company hereunder, including applicable adjustments. The Company shall, however, be under no obligation to pay to BAM any amount for services performed by BAM after the date of termination unless such services have been requested by the Company. In no event shall the Company be obligated or otherwise required to pay a termination fee upon the termination of this Agreement.
Final Balance. The remaining balance owed on your event is paid at the end of your event. Prior to your event starting time your Event Assistant or the manager will get your credit card to hold in the cash desk with the manager so it is ready for checkout at the end of your event. We accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We DO NOT accept personal checks, business checks, or money orders.

Final Balance. You must pay the amount resulting after the Application Fee is subtracted from the Total Price (“Final Balance”) in cash at the time of the Puppy’s pick up. A local bank check will be accepted if presented to Seller at least 10 business days before the Pickup Date. Collection of taxes are required on rent, booking fee , pet fee, linen charge and other rental fees.
Final Balance. US $1800 I will send you a link to make the final payment after our last meeting. You agree to pay the remainder of the fee upon receipt of the link. This agreement stays in place and need not be renewed. If for some reason one part of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place. Although the language is simple, the intentions are serious and this agreement is a legal document under exclusive jurisdiction of United States courts.
