Common use of Filings and Recordings Clause in Contracts

Filings and Recordings. All filings (including all financing statements and all assignments of financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code) have been delivered to the Agent for filing in each public office in which such filings and recordings are required or advisable to perfect the Liens on each of the Mortgaged Properties and the other Collateral granted by the Loan Parties pursuant to the Security Documents and, except for the filing of continuation statements with respect to such financing statements as may be required or advisable to be filed at periodic intervals, no periodic refiling or periodic recording is presently required to protect and preserve such Liens and security interests.
