Filing Assistance. Purchaser shall, upon request by Parent, furnish Parent with all information concerning itself, its subsidiaries, directors, executive officers and stockholders and such other matters as may be reasonably necessary or advisable in connection with any statement, filing, notice or application made by or on behalf of Parent or Seller to any third party or any Governmental Entity in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
