Files. it is prohibited to save on Computer Devices any files, photos, or videos that are not related to the Company. In particular, and without limitation, it is prohibited to save on Computer Device any file that its access and/or saving by you constitute infringement of protected Intellectual Property rights, and any file that contains obscene, pornographic, or abusive content. Notwithstanding the above, you are permitted to save personal files that you or your immediate family members have created, which are not related to the Company or to the performance of your duties, and have no commercial content, as long as such files are saved under a folder labeled “Private” located at the root directory of the Computer Device.
