Field Training Program. When there is a student officer in the Field Training Program, the designated Field Training Sergeant will receive an additional 5% salary increase during this time.
Field Training Program. In order to provide comprehensive on-the-job training to new hires, the Field Training Program shall be structured so as to provide a new hire a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days of field training. However, the number of days may be reduced where warranted. The rationale for any such reduction shall be documented.
Field Training Program. 123. PRPD shall develop a field training program that consists of at least 800 hours and that comports with generally accepted policing practice with respect to quality and content, and that reflects the substantive requirements of this Agreement.
Field Training Program. 141. Within six months of the Effective Date, SPD will develop policies and procedures to govern an effective field training program for all new SPD recruits, and specialized field training for all officers newly assigned to specialized units within SPD.
Field Training Program. Within 270 days of the Effective Date, CDP will revise, as necessary, its field training program for graduates of the police academy to comport with CDP’s training plan and this Agreement. The field training program will follow academy training and will continue to be at least 26 weeks. 283. The field training program will incorporate community and problem-oriented policing principles, and problem-based learning methods.
Field Training Program. The Parties agree that the FTO program will be governed by the mutually agreed upon language of the FTO Policy. The FTO Program will apply to all newly hired officers. Members will not be eligible for overtime shifts until successful completion of the FTO Program.
Field Training Program. Parties agree City will utilize its personnel to establish a field training program that meets the approval of Contractor. During the program, new employees (or new paramedics/AEMTs) will function under the direct supervision of an approved paramedic/AEMT. In the event a new employee does not satisfactorily complete the field program, Department will be under no obligation to seek Contractor’s approval, but must notify him of the employee’s intended role in City. Parties agree that Contractor must sign off on the completion of the field training program prior to City’s use of the employee in an EMS role outside of the provisions of the field training program.
Field Training Program. The FTO program will apply to full-time Police Officers hired after the first day of July 2021. The program will consist of no less than thirty (30) shifts. During these shifts members will not be eligible for overtime work. Prior to the end of the FTO program, any deficiencies will be reported to the Administrative Lieutenant and a determination will be made on whether further training is needed.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
