Field Inspections Sample Clauses
Field Inspections. Throughout the performance of the work, the Court shall have the right to designate one or more inspectors or engineers to inspect and test the work site and the progress of the work. Contractor shall cooperate with such inspectors and engineers in order that the work may be fully inspected and that the Court may at all times be fully advised of the progress of the work and the manner in which it is being performed.
Field Inspections. 1. In exceptional situations where the lead competent authority may deem it necessary to conduct field inspections, it shall undertake this with consideration to where the risk of forced labour is located.
2. Where the risk of forced labour is located in the territory of the Member State, the lead competent authority may conduct its own inspections, in accordance with national law in compliance with Union law. If needed, the lead competent authority may ask the cooperation of other national authorities relevant for the implementation of this regulation, such as labour, health or fiscal authorities.
3. Where the risk of forced labour is located outside the territory of the Union, the Commission acting as lead competent authority may carry out all necessary checks and inspections provided that the economic operators concerned give their consent and that the government of the third country in which the inspections are to take place has been officially notified and raises no objection. Assistance from the European External Action Service may be requested, as appropriate, to facilitate such contacts.
Field Inspections. The City retains the right to make unannounced field inspections or conduct riders’ surveys, and City staff may accompany drivers in order to monitor and evaluate performance. Provider’s Road Supervisors will conduct and record random spot checks on drivers in the field in order to monitor on-time performance, securement of mobility devices, proper loading and unloading of passengers, and overall driver performance. Provider will maintain these Field Inspection Reports for the duration of the contract and for 2 years thereafter.
Field Inspections. 1. Review and approve the Construction Contractor’s inspection and testing plans, guidelines, procedures and forms for all types of installation and construction activities.
2. Verify Work is in compliance with the Contract Documents.
3. Cooperate with inspection personnel from relevant Agencies.
4. Keep accurate and detailed records of Subcontractors’ performance.
5. Ensure that all Contractors have the latest drawings.
6. Monitor delivery schedules.
Field Inspections. 3.3.1 The City may utilize field inspectors to assist the City’s Representative during construction in observing performance of the Design-Builder. The inspector is for the purpose of assisting the City’s Representative and should not be confused with an inspector with a City regulatory agency or with an inspector from a City laboratory pursuant to section 2.17.
3.3.2 Through onsite observation of the Work in progress and field checks of materials and equipment, the inspector shall endeavor to provide protection against defects and deficiencies in the Work.
3.3.2.1 The inspector will be authorized to inspect all Work and materials furnished. Such inspection may extend to all or part of the Work and to the preparation, fabrication or manufacture of the materials to be used.
3.3.2.2 The inspector will not be authorized to issue instructions contrary to the Construction Documents or to act as foremen for the Design-Builder.
3.3.2.3 The inspector shall have the authority to reject Work or materials until any questions at issue can be decided by the City’s Representative.
3.3.3 The furnishing of such services for the City shall not make the City responsible for or give the City control over construction means, methods, techniques, sequence or procedures or for safety precautions or programs or responsibility for the Design-Builder’s failure to perform the Work in accordance with Contract Documents.
Field Inspections. The Member will be responsible for reporting any major deficiencies found during a field inspection, to the customer. EfficiencyOne reserves the right to disclose the deficiencie(s) to the customer directly if needed.
