Common use of FF&E Clause in Contracts

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located at the Hotel and used exclusively in the Business, or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications (the “FF&E”);

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located at the Hotel and used exclusively in the Business, or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, Business other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications (the “FF&E”);

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, computer hardware, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located at the Hotel and used exclusively in the Businessoperation of the Hotel, or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, F&B and Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications Merchandise (the “FF&E”);

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located at the Hotel and used exclusively in the Business, or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications (the “FF&E”);

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located at the Hotel and used exclusively Hotels or ordered in the Business, or ordered Ordinary Course of Business for future use at the Hotel Hotels as of the Closing, other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications (the “FF&E”);

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, computer hardware, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located at the Hotel and used exclusively in the Businessoperation of the Hotel, or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications Closing (the “FF&E”)) which are located at the Hotel, provided that FF&E shall not include the Supplies, F&B and Retail Merchandise;

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located within the Improvements and/or at the Hotel and used exclusively in Land necessary for the Business, or ordered for future use at operation of the Hotel as of the Closing, other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications (the “FF&E”);

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, art work artwork and other items of tangible personal property which are located within the Improvements and/or at the Hotel and used exclusively in Land necessary for the Business, or ordered for future use at operation of the Hotel as of the Closing, other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications (the “FF&E”);

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located at the Hotel and used exclusively primarily in the Business, or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, Closing other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications (the “FF&E”);

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), building and construction materials, furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located at the Hotel and used exclusively in the Business, or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the ClosingHotel, other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications (the “FF&E”);

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which that constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, computer, telecommunications and information technology hardware, components and systems, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located at the Hotel and used exclusively in the BusinessHotels, or ordered for future use at the Hotel Hotels as of the Closing, other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications (the “FF&E”);

FF&E. All fixtures (other than those which constitute Improvements), furniture, furnishings, equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, appliances, art work and other items of tangible personal property which are located at the Hotel and used exclusively in the Business, or ordered in the Ordinary Course of Business for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, other than the Supplies, IT Systems, F&B, Retail Merchandise, Books and Records and Plans and Specifications (the “FF&E”);
