FERC Enforcement and Jurisdiction. (1) The Parties agree that enforcement of the terms of the current license, as extended through annual licenses, shall be exclusively through FERC. If the annual license is amended to incorporate any of the Interim Measures, a Party may seek compliance pursuant to any remedies it may have under Applicable Law.
