Common use of Fees increases Clause in Contracts

Fees increases. Fees are normally reviewed annually and are subject to increase from time to time. If the Parents receive less than a Term's notice of a Fees increase they may give to the School a Full Term's Written Notice of Withdrawal of the Pupil within 21 days from receipt of the notice and will not be liable to pay Fees in lieu of Notice and the Acceptance Deposit and the Additional Deposit, if paid, will be refunded without interest less any sums owing to the School. As set out in clause 4.2 above, Fees must be paid in full for the Term to which they relate including the amount of any increase. Please see also clause 4.8 above.
