Common use of Fees and Expenses of Warrant Agent Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expenses of Warrant Agent. The Company agrees that it will (i) pay Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as warrant agent hereunder and will reimburse Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that it may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder; and (ii) perform, execute, acknowledge and deliver or cause to be performed, executed, acknowledged and delivered all such further and other acts, instruments and assurances as may reasonably be required by Warrant Agent for the carrying out or performing by Warrant Agent of the provisions of this Agreement.
