Remuneration and Reimbursement. (A) Subject to Clause 7(B), the Director shall receive during the continuance of the Appointment a fee of US$1 per annum. Such fee may be increased annually after each year of service at a rate to be determined by the compensation committee of the Company (“Compensation Committee”) and approved by the Board in its absolute discretion.
