Common use of Fees and Expenses of Trustee Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expenses of Trustee. The Trustee shall receive as reasonable compensation for its services as Trustee such amounts as may, from time to time, be agreed upon in writing between the Bank and the Trustee. Such fees and expenses may be charged directly to the Trust Fund unless paid by the Bank. The Trustee shall have a lien against the Trust Fund for the unpaid amount of any fees and disbursements due it and, in its discretion, may withdraw the same from the Trust Fund.

The Trustee shall have a lien against the Trust Fund for the unpaid amount of any fees and disbursements due it and, in its discretion, may withdraw the same from the Trust Fund.
