Fees and Expenses of Arbiters. The aggregate fees and expenses of the arbiters shall be allocated by the arbiters against the party who is not the prevailing party with respect to a particular SF Shared-Loss Dispute Item. The party against whom such fees and expenses are allocated shall pay them within thirty (30) days after receipt of the written decision of the arbiters (unless the arbiters agree in writing on some other payment schedule).
