Common use of Fee Schedule Clause in Contracts

Fee Schedule. The compensation of Subadviser for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated by Client and paid from the assets of the Account in accordance with SCHEDULE A hereto.

Fee Schedule. The compensation of the Subadviser for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated by Client and paid by the Client from the assets of the Account in accordance with SCHEDULE A C hereto.
