Fee Distribution. The Army, Air Force, DLA, DISA and Navy are participating in a fee-sharing program. The Contractor shall collect the 2% ACT fee and distribute in accordance with the following procedures. Fee sharing shall be determined by the End User Agency or Service identified in the quarterly Report of Sales. This field shall be notated Army, Air Force, DLA, DISA, Navy or DOD as appropriate. Fee checks shall not be issued until written approval is received for the Report of Sales.

Fee Distribution. Under the terms of this Agreement, MAC shall be responsible for collecting and distributing on a quarterly basis all fees associated with the dog park. MAC shall receive 33.33% of all fees collected. Goodwill shall receive 33.33% of all fees collected under this Agreement. City shall retain 33.33% of all fees collected under this Agreement. In no event shall the portion of fees received by MAC and Goodwill exceed $9,999.00. All funds paid to MAC or retained by MAC in the form of fees pursuant to this Agreement shall be used by MAC solely for the operation and maintenance of the MAC facility located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Fee Distribution. For each successful placement: 60% of the total fee shall be paid to the Exporter (job order originator). 40% of the total fee shall be paid to the Importer (candidate source). This split applies to all placement fees collected by the Exporter from the client, including base salary commissions and any contracted bonus commissions, unless otherwise agreed in writing before candidate presentation.
