Federation Recognition. A. The Board of Trustees of Xxxxxxx Community College, hereinafter referred to as the ―College,‖ recognizes the AFT Everett, Higher Education, Local 1873, AFT, AFL/CIO hereinafter referred to as the ―Federation,‖ as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Xxxxxxx Community College faculty in the following categories and as further defined in RCW 28B.52: (1) Instruction, (2) Counseling, (3) Library/Media Specialists. Excluded are all other employees.
