Federation Building Representative. The FEDERATION building representative or his/her alternate designee shall be given a brief amount of time on the agenda of each building's teachers' meeting for reports and announcements. The FEDERATION shall notify the Superintendent by September 30 as to the names of all FEDERATION officials, including building representatives and alternate designees, who shall be empowered to act in a representative capacity under the terms of this Agreement.
