Common use of Federal Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Federal Restrictions. The following restrictions apply to all subject data first produced in the performance of the Contract. Except as provided in the Contract and except for its own internal use, the Contractor may not publish or publicly reproduce subject data in whole or in part, or in any manner or form, nor may the Contractor authorize others to do so, without the written consent of the County and the Federal Government, until such time as the Federal Government may have either released or approved the release of such data to the public.
