Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Concurrent Leave. If any of the leaves taken under this article would qualify for leave under the FMLA, the employee’s time off shall run concurrently with available FMLA leave for the applicable period of time. Bargaining unit employees, who are placed on FMLA, as determined by the University, shall be notified within the time limits specified by Federal law.
