Common use of Federal Changes Clause in Contracts

Federal Changes. The CONTRACTOR shall at all times comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, whether or not they are referenced in this AGREEMENT and include any amendments promulgated by the FTA, during the term of this AGREEMENT. The CONTRACTOR’s failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this AGREEMENT.

Federal Changes. The CONTRACTOR shall at all times comply with the required FTA clauses set forth in this contract and with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives including, without limitation, those listed directly or by reference in the agreement between the COUNCIL and FTA. The CONTRACTOR's failure to comply with applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures, and directives, whether as they may be amended or not they are referenced in this AGREEMENT and include any amendments promulgated by the FTA, from time to time during the term of this AGREEMENT. The CONTRACTOR’s failure to so comply contract, shall constitute a material breach of this AGREEMENTcontract.
