Federal Changes. This requirement applies to all Agreements. Contractor shall at all times comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations, and all FTA Directives, FRA Directives and U.S. DOT Directives applicable to the Project, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this Agreement. It is Contractor’s responsibility to be aware of any amendments or changes to such federal requirements and directives. Contractor's failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
