Common use of Federal Changes Clause in Contracts

Federal Changes. The CONTRACTOR shall comply with the required FTA clauses set forth in this contract and with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives including, without limitation, those listed directly or by reference in the agreement between the COUNCIL and FTA. The CONTRACTOR's failure to comply with applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures, and directives, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this contract, shall constitute a material breach of this contract.

Federal Changes. The CONTRACTOR shall at all times comply with the required FTA clauses set forth in this contract and with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives including, without limitation, those listed directly or by reference in the agreement between the COUNCIL and FTA. The CONTRACTOR's failure to comply with applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures, and directives, as whether or not they may be amended or are referenced in this AGREEMENT and include any amendments promulgated from time to time by the FTA, during the term of this contract, AGREEMENT. The CONTRACTOR’s failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this contractAGREEMENT.
