Common use of FE Data Submission Clause in Contracts

FE Data Submission. 23.2.1 Where required, the Contractor must supply the Department data on each individual Learner, in accordance with the data collections framework set out in the ‘ILR specification validation rules and appendices’ as amended and updated, which is published on the Department’s website Individualised Learner Record (ILR) technical documents, guidance and requirements (▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇) and in accordance with the ‘Provider Support Manual’ as amended and updated. 23.2.2 The Contractor must report new starts within two (2) months of the Learner starting, or within three (3) months of the Learner finishing for all withdrawals and achievements.
