Fault Resolution. Where EITC investigates a reported fault and determines that the fault is attributable to equipment/service located on the EITC side of the Service Delivery Point, then EITC will restore the Service. Where the fault is attributable to a third party facility, EITC shall liaise with the third party and arrange for Service restoration.
