False or Inaccurate Information. The School Board may destroy the files as provided by law and shall expunge from the employee’s file any material found to be false or inaccurate through the grievance procedure. Proceedings to expunge shall be commenced within the time period provided in this Contract for the commencement of a grievance.
False or Inaccurate Information. In the event that a Recruiter submits information or certifications to Profize Recruiting Partners, LLC that are determined to be false or inaccurate, including but not limited to information or certifications pertaining to their authority to submit Candidate resumes, the Recruiter thereby forfeits any entitlement to receive the Recruiter's portion of a Fee.
