Common use of False or Erroneous Information Clause in Contracts

False or Erroneous Information. ‌ The Department will evaluate responses from Responsive and Responsible Vendors. A Respondent who fails to provide the requested information or clarification or submits false or erroneous information may be deemed non-responsive and not awarded a contract. If the Respondent’s response is found to contain false or erroneous information after contract award, the Contract may be terminated, and the Department may pursue any other legal action punishable by law.
