Fall Review Clause Samples

The Fall Review clause establishes a scheduled evaluation or assessment that takes place during the fall season. Typically, this review involves parties meeting to discuss progress, performance, or compliance with certain obligations, and may result in adjustments to plans, budgets, or deliverables for the remainder of the year.
