Fall Review Clause Samples
The Fall Review clause establishes a scheduled evaluation or assessment that takes place during the fall season. Typically, this review involves parties meeting to discuss progress, performance, or compliance with certain obligations, and may result in adjustments to plans, budgets, or deliverables for the remainder of the year. During its term this Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in a written and signed amendment to this Agreement. Both parties agree to meet prior to September 15th of each year to initiate the Fall Review.

Additionally, in the event the district receives unanticipated state or federal funds, or the February 15 support units are greater than the support units the 2024-2025 Master Agreement is ratified upon, the parties agree to a limited reopening of the 2024-2025 Master Agreement for the sole purpose of negotiating salary and benefit enhancements for the 2024-2025 Master Agreement.
