Fair Work Act. 19.1 The Fair Work ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth) (Fair Work Act) establishes the framework for workplace relations in Australia. 84.19.2 The Supplier must comply, and as far as practicable must ensure its Subcontractors (if any) comply, with all applicable workplace relations, work health and safety and worker's compensation Laws. 84.19.3 As far as practicable, the Supplier must ensure that all subcontracts impose obligations on Subcontractors equivalent to the obligations in this clause 84.19.
