Common use of Fair Credit Report Act Clause in Contracts

Greenpoint, in its capacity as servicer for each Mortgage Loan, has fully furnished (or caused to be furnished), in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information (e.g., favorable and unfavorable) on its borrower credit files to Equifax, Experian and Trans Union Credit Information Company (three of the credit repositories) or their successors and assigns, on a monthly basis;
