Common use of Fair Construction Clause in Contracts

Fair Construction. The language in all parts of the Agreement shall be construed, in all cases, according to its fair meaning. The Parties acknowledge that each Party and its counsel have reviewed and revised the Agreement and that any rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting Party shall not be employed in the interpretation of the Agreement.
