Common use of Fair Construction Clause in Contracts

Fair Construction. It is intended that to the fullest extent permitted by law, the provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as conferring any benefit upon any creditor of the Partnership and no Partner shall have any duty or obligation to any creditor of the Partnership to make any contributions to the Partnership. This Agreement shall not be construed for or against either Partner and without regard to which Partner initiated the drafting process or proposed or drafted particular language.
