Common use of Fair Construction Clause in Contracts

Fair Construction. The language in all parts of this SCPA shall be construed, in all cases, according to its fair meaning, it being understood that each Party and its counsel have reviewed and revised this SCPA and that any rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting Party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this SCPA.
