Failure to Process. In the event a grieving party or person fails to process a grievance within a time limit set out in this Grievance Procedure or extended in accordance with Article 20.8, such grievance shall be deemed to have been withdrawn. 20.7 Time in this Grievance Procedure shall be computed exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, vacation and university holidays . 20.8 The time limits specified in this Article may be extended, in writing, by mutual agreement of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Vice-President, Academic or designate and the President of the Association or designate.
