Common use of Failure to Pay Principal, Interest or other Fees Clause in Contracts

Failure to Pay Principal, Interest or other Fees. The Borrower fails to pay any installment of principal, interest or other fees hereon or on any other promissory note issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and this Note, when due and such failure continues for a period of four (4) days after the due date (this is the same four day period in Section 1.2 above).

The Borrower fails to pay when due any installment of principal, interest or other fees hereon in accordance herewith, or on the Borrower fails to pay when due any amount due under any other promissory note issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement by Borrower, and this Notein any such case, when due and such failure continues shall continue for a period of four (4) days after following the due date (this is the same four day period in Section 1.2 above)upon which any such payment was due.
